Our communities

Where we rent in Oshawa

Our Oshawa buildings sit in two very different pockets of the city, so you can choose the feel that suits you.

55+ Living

The Grand Vista

A luxury 55+ leasing community on Benson Street — two-bedroom suites with in-suite laundry, private balconies, and underground parking.
Apartments

137 Colborne Street East

A boutique downtown Oshawa walk-up with just eight suites, in-suite laundry, central air, and secure entry.
Not Currently Renting

Harmony Horizons

Condominium townhomes built in 2012 with quality finishes, close to schools, shopping, leisure, and transit in north Oshawa.

On the north side along Benson Street, The Grand Vista is our luxury 55+ community at 1300 and 1320 Benson — adult-lifestyle living for renters who want space and amenities without the upkeep of a house. (Our Oshawa head office is right next door at 100-1300 Benson, which tells you how close our team is.)

Downtown, 137 Colborne Street East is a boutique eight-suite walk-up just east of the core — a quieter, more personal building than a tower, within walking distance of downtown Oshawa’s shops, restaurants and services. We also manage Harmony Horizons, executive condominium townhomes in north Oshawa, though it isn’t taking rental applications at the moment.

Getting around

Getting around and what’s nearby

Oshawa is one of the more practical places to rent in Durham Region — connected by transit and highways, with shopping, healthcare and two campuses close at hand.

Durham Region Transit

Runs throughout the city.

Oshawa GO Station

Lakeshore East line into Toronto.

Highways 401 & 407

Both close for drivers.

Oshawa Centre

Major shopping nearby.

Lakeridge Health Oshawa

Hospital and care close by.

Ontario Tech & Durham College

Up in north Oshawa.

North Oshawa tends to suit renters who want newer buildings, quick highway access and a calmer, more suburban setting — which is exactly where The Grand Vista sits. Downtown Oshawa, around Colborne and Bond, fits people who’d rather walk to work, coffee and transit.

Telling us which of those sounds more like you is usually the fastest way for us to point you to the right suite.
