110 Dunlop Street West is a fully renovated three-unit building west of downtown, a good fit if you want the privacy of a small building. And a little west of Garden Street, 507 Dundas Street East is what we call Whitby’s hidden gem: a 28-suite building with controlled access, on-site staff and large walk-out balconies on most suites.
